Except to the extent prohibited by law or otherwise stated by us in writing, getdirty.ai may use aggregated interaction data, prompts, preferences, system feedback, and related signals to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, moderation systems, recommendation features, and safety controls.
You are solely responsible for how you use, rely on, share, or publish AI-generated outputs. You must not represent generated content as factual where doing so would be false, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETDIRTY.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, or free from defects, that content will be preserved without loss, that outputs will be accurate or suitable, or that the Services will meet your expectations or intended outcomes.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, getdirty.ai and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, use, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of getdirty.ai for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the Services during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless getdirty.ai, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
